Mr. Flynn has extensive experience writing software. He holds degrees
from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in physics (BS) and computer
science (MS). Previous to founding Dark Corner Software, Mr. Flynn
worked for the Naval Research Laboratory and as an independent software
consultant. His software has been used extensively to support
multimillion dollar projects. DCS was founded to bring a vision of
quality software-both open source and proprietary-to life.
In his spare time, Mr. Flynn enjoys reading, music, astronomy, and games
of all types. He still enjoys writing software for fun.
Mr. Madere has been employed as a software developer and designer since 1994 and received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has gone from working on private-practice medical office management software, to the boom of web site connections to back-end databases and legacy systems to media management and sharing server system design to Java Enterprise projects targeting Emergency Management applications to working in the wireless network applications realm now at Dark Corner Software.
Mr. Oleksa has been employed as a software engineer since 2002 and holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh. Most of his career has been focused on writing J2EE applications for different branches of the military. Previously employed at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Brian has designed and developed web applications that helped the United States Marines track ballistic information in a time insensitive environment
Mr. Nichols has been employed as an electrical and software engineer since 2002 and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. His professional career has been focused on developing software for the broadcast, mining, and telecommunications industries. Previously employed at Comcast, Harris Corporation, and Rajant, Jason has designed and developed network enabled solutions with a focus on UI design and concurrency.
Ms. Cupp has a MFA from Rensselaer Polytechnic and has done video streaming since 1999.
